Faith Weaver FriendsTM
Group Publishing’s FaithWeaver Friends mid-week kids program builds a lasting, meaningful relationship between kids and God, kids and kids, and kids and adults. Each child can experience an incredible, personal friendship with Jesus. From crafts to music to snacks – every engaging activity drives the weekly Bible point home. And through it all, children discover they have a real friend in Jesus.
How Friends Works
We begin with Opening Celebration in the sanctuary. This is where children gather with other friends. Together everyone joins in singing and praising God. Then they explore the weekly Bible story in a lively, memorable way.
Circle of Friends
Kids do everything with their “Circle of Friends” – a small multi-age group of 5-8 children and an adult or mature teen leader. Everyone stays together, making friendship connections and receiving personal attention.
Discovery Centers
Kids rotate through action-packed Discovery Centers – Games, projects, snacks, and more! The centers last about 15 minutes and every group visits four each week. The centers are set up to ensure kids stay engaged, have fun, and want to come back – and bring their friends!
One-Point Bible Learning
Every activity reinforces the week’s Bible Point. FaithWeaver Friends program has kids “doing,” “teaching,” and “growing” connecting God’s Word to the children’s daily life. Here at Faith we continue exploring the same Bible story in Sunday school and Children’s Church. This gives the children the opportunity to reinforce their learning and knowledge of Jesus.

Children from ages 4 to 5th grade
